New coffee grown and processed by fermentation wizard, Edwin Norena. Edwin uses a two-stage anaerobic process that consists of two main fermentations. 120 hours of fermentation with the coffee cherry and once de-pulped, another 96 hours fermenting with malt and hops. This gives the coffee a hop-like quality that we taste in an IPA beer.

Citrusy, floral, and herbal. 250 grams.
